A new 75,000 sf, 6-story hotel in downtown New Haven. The classic cast-in-place concrete foundations and aggregate piers support the construction of the building. The guest levels above are made up of load-bearing light gauge metal stud framing that supports metal deck and lightweight concrete topping slabs. The first floor is made up of a structural steel and concrete podium.
Navy Base Housing, Groton, CT.
US Naval Base is privatized $15 million Multi-family housing project in Groton, CT. The concrete contract for this project was accomplished by Gargiulo Construction in 5 years.
Self Storage Facility, Vernon, CT.
Construction of a 4-story storage facility. The foundations, walls, and slab on grade are all made of cast-in-place concrete. Light gauge metal load-bearing stud framing that supports a metal deck and thin concrete topping slabs make up the levels above the basement.
Washington Avenue Apartments, North Haven, CT.
441 & 447 Washington Ave are two apartment buildings in North Haven, CT with 60,000 SF Podium Slabs
Podunk River Bridge, Windsor, CT.
Podunk River Bridge consists of repairing two 14′ Culverts as well as replacing head walls on both sides of I-291
